Return Policy

Your item must be unused and in its original condition, including original packaging, in order to be eligible for return or exchange. Janice Cain, LLC cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized merchandise. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

To return your product, you must request authorization from our team. You can contact us at shop@janicecain.com or via phone at 276-638-3282.

  • ALL SALE ITEMS are SALE FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • For any orders received damaged, please note that claims have to be received within 7 days of delivery or cannot be returned.

 

Clothing & Gifts

  • Items may be returned for store credit or refund. 

  • If you would like to receive a store credit for your return, your return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The shipping fee will be deducted from your credit.

  • If you would like to exchange your items, the shipping fee will be deducted from your exchange. The exchange must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.

  • Clothing must be unworn, and all tags must be attached and unaltered. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

  • Items returned to us must have the tags attached. If not, the items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee.

  • Jewelry, shoes, and other accessories are final sale and are not able to be returned.

 
Gift Items
  • Items may be returned for store credit or refund. 

  • If you would like to receive a store credit for your return, your return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The shipping fee will be deducted from your credit.

  • If you would like to exchange your items, the shipping fee will be deducted from your exchange. The exchange must be initiated within 21 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and unopened. All tags must be attached and unaltered. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

  • Items returned to us must have the tags attached. If not, the items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee.

  • Food Items are not returnable.

 

Custom Orders

  • For custom orders, there are no refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.

If your refund is approved, we will apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
